Welcome to Men’s Bible Study! Many of our men gather at Grace First Lutheran Church at 8:30 am on Wednesday mornings during the school year for fellowship and Bible study. Please join us!
Our study begins with an audio/visual presentation and then is followed by a lively discussion. In the past we have studied Revelation, Martin Luther, Jesus, and the New Testament.

Women of the Word (WOW) Bible Study
Time: Tuesdays 9:30 am

WOW is a woman’s Bible study that meets on Tuesday throughout the school year. In 2019, the WOW season began on Tuesday September 11th at 9:30 am with a potluck breakfast in the library.
We will be studying Martin Luther in a YouTube format streaming onto the library television.
In the past few years, we have studied Men of the Bible, Women of the Bible and Psalms.

Gather Circle
Time: Second Wednesday of each month at 10:00 am to noon September through May
The Gather circle is named for the Women of ELCA Magazine which has a monthly study. All women are welcome in a monthly Prayer-Share and Bible study, where we are pleased to offer friendship in Christ. A yearly subscription to Gather Magazine is important to the study. Please contact Ruth or Carolyn for your subscription.
We meet and we follow a monthly Bible study that has been a practice of Women of the ELCA in our Lutheran Congregation for 30+ years. The Bible Study is usually written by women; many are professors in colleges and seminaries. The format requires some reading in the magazine, and the discussion questions often include our own experiences and ideas. Our first half hour includes shared prayer concerns. Our discussions and sharing are always held in confidence by members attending that month.
We receive offerings for Family Kitchen, or other mission as advised by our member(s) on church council.
